Great customer service. My Toyota is 11 years old and still running great.

Easy to pull in to the service garage. They quickly processed what would be done today and gave me an estimate. As I waited I was updated with what needed to be done and the cost. I was very happy to be told that some things were not quite ready to be replaced (air filters) and could be addressed at the next maintenance visit.

Took advantage of the afternoon walk in capability to have my son‘s vehicle checked out for a squeaky noise that was getting worse. Turns out it was a Turns out it was an issue with the brakes and we needed to leave the vehicle with them overnight. Work was done by lunch the next day. Very professional and thorough explanation of what needed to get done.

We had a smooth experience with Charlie! He is super personable and helpful. He even said to call him whenever if there’s a problem with the car. Which I took him up on that a few days after getting the car, and he was able to help!

Scheduled an oil change today got there at 9 AM told the service man Scott That I had a slow leak in my rear passenger side tire to fix it please needed a wheel alignment And I was having a problem with my Wi-Fi He wrote it all down never looked at my tire They never hook my car to the front end machine But they checked it off on my receipt but I know for a fact they didn't For my Wi-Fi they told me to call Lexus Use them about 6 times before and I've had a problem very dissatisfied will not be going BACK. PS When I got back in my car there was block on the arm rest by my window controls have to go inside and the service man had to come out and wipe the Blood off

I took my recent used jeep purchase from Beaver Toyota, because a sun visor would not work correctly. Don Hollingsworth looked at the problem. He advised he would order the necessary parts and fix it. The part came in in a day, he called me and set an appointment. I went in this morning and he fixed it in about 30 min. Very impressed. Great work.

I have had various cars serviced at multiple different dealerships throughout the USA, and this is easily some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They incorporate state of the art technology for their customer service, and provided me video updates of the service as it went along, I have never received that from any dealership. I highly recommend Beaver Toyota, again, might be the best customer service I have ever received.
