I recently traded in my Tacoma for a Honda Pilot at Beaver Toyota. I worked with Micro Armani, he was a great “sales” guy to work with, he was professional, friendly, personable and reasonable. He showed me a few different vehicle and we talked through the various options and what seemed like the best option. He was very quick to make a deal and I got a great deal on my trade in (over KBB value). No pressure ever! I was very pleased with the whole experience. James in finance was quick, clear and professional as well. I had an issue with the Pilot’s infotainment unit after a few days and Delvon, in the service dept, got it solved in a single day (which included a trip over to the Honda Dealership to remedy the issue), all at no cost to me! It’s been a great experience with Beaver Toyota.
