The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. I live in the Jax Arlington area, very close to a competing Toyota dealership, but went with Beaver Toyota because of how responsive they were, transparent pricing, and the ability to sign for everything electronically and have them deliver my vehicle to me. My sales agents Ned and Gary were not pushy, and provided multiple options based on what I was looking for. Most communication was via text which helped me respond on my time in between busy life moments. While I won't be utilizing their service department long-term since I live so far away, the team was great at quickly installing the tow hitch and Toyoguard package on my vehicle. Turnaround was quick even around the holidays. I'd recommend Beaver Toyota and would come back when the time is right.

I had the best experience with Charlie !! He was very honest and helpful and went over and beyond to make our deal work. He did just that!! I came home with my brand new Corolla Se! Thank you so much Charlie! We will definitely come back! I recommend Toyota 100%. I’m just upset that today 9/5/24 I tried making a payment on southeast financial Toyota website and their was a error message so I thought ok , I will submit it again to make sure they payment was took out successfully. Well they took out 2 payments! Totally wiped out my bank account. I called Toyota Finance. Mind you this was only six hours later because it was in the middle of the night and I couldn’t call them right away so I called first thing and I was told my payments were being processed and I would have to go to my bank to get a payment. So I go to the bank early this morning to be told that I have to dispute it. They cannot do payment because it’s through my debit card. I am so very upset. I don’t even know how long I have to wait to get refunded one months of my car payment back. I’m so upset, if my payment was processing, I don’t understand why they couldn’t cancel one of them. It doesn’t make good sense. This really leaves a bad taste in my mouth with Toyota Finance, especially when it was their website that messed up with error messages. All I want is one month that was taken out of my account refunded. Crazy!!

Great service!

Juliette assisted my friend with the sale of her vehicle during a difficult time. Juliette was so kind from the moment we met her. She was able to organize everything for her without a worry for my friend. We thank Juliet and Beaver Toyota for a quick sale. One fun part, which made us laugh, was when it was raining I held the umbrella while Juliette took the license plates off the vehicle and made sure the vehicle was triple checked not to leave personal items. It made a nice experience.

I've been buying Toyotas for over 30 years. Being a mechanic myself, I always check the work done on my vehicle before I leave. There was nothing major today, but the cover on the battery positive terminal was left off. The windshield washer reservoir cap wasn't snapped back on. I always make sure my lug nuts are tight because a particular dealership didn't tighten them. I've had brake fluid spilled all over the top of my engine at another dealership. Brake fluid is highly corrosive. I always check to make sure the oil level is correct as well after an oil change. I often wonder why there is no quality control that's double-checking behind these mechanics? I hate having to always check behind the mechanics, but it looks like I'll have to continue.
