HI Jenielle! I was down at Beaver Toyota late yesterday/last night …. I asked for you in hopes that I would be able to say hi in person 😊 My daughter is buying a car from Gil and then we met with David Seals for the financing. The whole experience was fantastic and a crazy small world story that I have to share. We bought my daughter her first car (used and perfect to head to FSU) at Arlington Toyota when she was leaving for college in 2019. She has now graduated and is an RN at Baptist South. She is ready for new wheels so she found a car on line at Beaver that she loved and we headed down there to look at it last night. We were greeted outside by a salesman who proceeded to get us the car and bring it right to the front for my daughter to test drive. As she handed him her license , he looked up at us and said “ I am the guy who sold you your car in 2019!!!” It was Gil and he remembered us! Needless to say, it was a wonderful experience from that point on and my daughter is buying the car 😊 Hope this made you smile!

Very customer oriented

Amazing experience! Honestly didn’t think we would leave with a car but we did! Not only that but the service was amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and all around amazing. We had our 8 month old son with us and they were very patient and attentive to everything we needed. It was a bit of a drive from Jacksonville but SO WORTH IT! Our salesman Dwight was AMAZING. He made sure we knew everything we were getting into and made sure we knew every little detail. Not the normal in your face salesman which was a blessing. The guy we dealt with in finance (I can’t remember his name 😅) was great also! He took the time to explain how we could better our credit and didn’t force any unwanted service packages on us. It was a great experience and I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you too everyone at Beaver Toyota, we are lifelong customers!

Great service!!! (The only thing I don't care for is the up-charge for the valet pick-up to service your vehicle, it went up from 10.00 to 20.00 last summer and now it went up to 50.00 locally. It's just too much, makes it not worth that service for me personally). However, they did a great job servicing my Tundra! I love that they are honest with servicing my truck as well and they don't come up with bogus faults to try to get even more money out of me. I wouldn't go anyplace else.
