The place was super busy! Everyone was polite. I went to see about the 2nd key Toyota had on backorder ( since 12/22 for my Rav4 2023. At first they weren't sure what to do, then all the service managers were very busy, then they were able to take me after about 15 minutes. The service manager was very nice. After waiting about an hour or more, they programmed the 2nd key fob but there was no valet key. I guess I'll have to go back to my original dealership to see about that.

I ended up having a little free time this afternoon as I had gotten off work earlier than I expected. On a trip from New Jersey a few weeks ago, I had a piece of road junk jump out in front of me from another car hitting it, and it took a good chunk out of my left hand rearview mirror. I had discussed this with my salesman Jeff Blanchard, and he had arranged for all the parts to be there and ready to be put on. I wasn’t planning on doing it until the following week but I had gotten off work as I said so I gave him a call and see if he could get the service department to do the work and perhaps squeeze in my 20,000 mile maintenance as well. No problem, just come on by. As it turned out, it was going to take longer than the rest of the day. The folks in the service department all arranged for me to have a brand new loaner to drive until the car was done the next day. As with all things, Beaver, I was kept appraised of the progress as it went on. Everything came out perfect. He came out to the price. It was supposed to as per the estimate. I never have a problem with Beaver, It’s always a pleasure. And it’s all my family drives. My wife, my daughter, my brother-in-law and my father-in-law all have beaver vehicles. Even my boss and two of my fellow coworkers have purchased vehicles there. There’s nothing better..

Awful dealership. Went in with my own financing and it still took 5 hours to get out of there. My wife had just gotten out of the hospital and I let the salesman, Pheaon, know I didn’t have a lot of time and needed to get home, he couldn’t have cared less, just wanted a sale. They still tried to sell me every stupid add on under the sun wasting my time. They tried to sell me tinted windows even though the vehicle was already tinted. The communication there between people is awful. I bought a Cadillac which they said was certified. So naturally I thought it was Cadillac certified. Nope, they just certify vehicles through their own warranty company. I was told this warranty would cover all kinds of things that it does not. It is only a power train warranty. The finance guy didn’t even give it to me in the tons of paperwork he gave me. I was told he must have just done it later since it wasn’t signed by me or him. We all know that car dealerships are shady places, but Beaver Toyota is the worst I have ever experienced. You couldn’t pay me to do business with them again. They are straight up liars and frauds. Go to another dealership and save yourself the headache.

Some backstory. I purchased my “certified” 60k mile 2018 Silverado from beaver about 16 months ago. I had great confidence in the truck and in the dealer and I most definitely paid up for that premium experience. However the fairytale with my first ever “new” vehicle has been cut short thanks to the catastrophic rust issue. I had previously brought it in to be examined (around 13 months of ownership) and they determined that the passenger side needed to be repaired and they agreed to cover it. I raised concern multiple times regarding the fact that the driver side rocker is close behind and they repeatedly dismissed my concerns and refused to even look at it. Well here we are months later, the truck hasn’t even gone in for the passenger side rocker repair yet and the driver side rocker now has several soft spots in the rubberized coating over the rockers where the rust has eaten through and it is only a short matter of time until there are holes. I can tap the panel with my knuckle and hear chunks of rust rustling around. I will attach photos from the drainage ports that shows the extent of the rust on the driver side. I will also attach photos of the passenger side. Remember this was a “certified” low mileage truck with a warranty. My last grievance is the fact that beaver did not offer me a courtesy vehicle for my troubles. I’m sorry but this isn’t a $20,000 Corolla or some other cheap used economy car, this is a near $40k truck that was certified and sold with many promises. The LEAST beaver could do is provide me a loaner tundra or honestly any vehicle so that I can get to work and back so that I can make my payment on my certified truck that’s going to be in the shop for 2 or more weeks. Overall just a half effort experience and it’s clear that money is the primary focus. Really a shame and I’d be interested as well as appreciative to hear back from beaver on this.

I don’t know if there is enough space to include everything but I’ll try to cover it all…Adam Squadrito was my salesman and he listened to my situation and needs and with the help of the manager they could get me to a car that fit my needs and budget to the dime. Being a one income home you know a budget is already tight so not much wiggle room. Seth Cameron moved the buying/financing process along so smoothly not once did I feel like there was something missing or being hidden. True, honest employees who give you their card with number to text or call at any time with questions during this process! (Even after hours and weekends) I was able to select the classroom of my choice for the check Beaver Toyota donates to St. John’s County District . If you do not know how much Beaver Toyota does for this school district look it up you will be amazed!! Not only have my children been lucky enough attend school in the SJCSD, I have worked in this district for a very long time and witness many Beaver surprise visits and it will touch your heart! They have the best service center in town ! I have lived here since 1984 and this was top notch ! Super quick and friendly staff ready to check me in when I got there and showed me to the rental department where I was in a loaner and in my way in no time! I was there for the tinting and pin striping package and they even repaired my tire which had already picked up a nail in less than a week ! At no cost! I have never had that happen before! Truly grateful! I got a phone call when it was done ( not a random text an actual person) for pick up, all washed and ready when I got there! Truly a great experience !

During my purchase, I was told that I would get free oil changes as long as I take it to any Toyota dealership. I live 4 hours away, so I tried to get my oil changed (for free) at a local dealership and was told that I had to pay. I called Beaver Toyota, I was told that I would have to bring it in there. I purchased in 2022 a 2022 1794 Tundra. After 16,000 miles the truck was flooded due to a leak in the sun roof. Flooded means about 4 inches of water in the bed. Seats ruined, truck interior completely gutted and servipro called in to address mold. Waited 3.5 months and they still could not repair due to not being supplied parts from Toyota Corp. I was given a loaner the entire time. Contacted Farah and Farah and they filed a claim with Toyota Corp. Toyota purchased the truck as it was a manufacturing defect. I am being paid original cost less deduction for miles and $5,000 to Farah and Farah which ended up to be $5,000 more than Beaver Toyota offered to buy it back. Beaver then gave me an exceptional good deal on a low milage 2022 1794 IForce Max. I am happy with Beaver however very disappointed with Toyota Corp for not having parts available to the dealer to do a timely repair. 5 stars to Beaver and 1 star for Toyota Corp.

Upon arrival I asked for a few minutes to move items to the trunk area and grab my stuff because I knew id be waiting long. Crew did not listen to me and kept getting the car ready for service, Windshield salesman also kept bugging me about a crack. Reminded them all to please let me be. Asked to not have tires rotated since they are difficult to balance. Car is now acting like they were rotated shimmying at high speeds. Was not doing that before I came in. This was the 2nd time I’ve been in for service, did not have a great experience the first time either. Bombarded with marketing texts and calls. Not sure I’ll come back.

Beaver Toyota promises to "wow" you and make you feel like "the boss," but they fall short. The service department staff are unwelcoming and always busy, rarely acknowledging customers. No one smiles or seems to care. When we spoke with a salesperson, they didn't seem enthusiastic about their job. The service technicians do a great job and provide videos of the services performed, but you don't see them in person. The service advisors lack "wow" customer service and appear too busy to assist. Additionally, it takes 3-4 hours to service your car, unlike our previous experiences at Subaru, where service was completed within an hour without an appointment. This establishment has a lot of room for improvement.
