I highly recommend Beaver Toyota Service Department. You are kept well informed ftom the moment you are greeted until you leave There is no high pressure after explaining what they recommend for vehicle. The waiting area is very comfortable. Donuts, coffee, popcorn and water available for all. My needs were totally met. My Sienna is in perfect shape due to the excellent mechanics and service technicians.

My experience was very rewarding. It is amazing when you feel good about spending your hard earned money. Actually, I do. The product is super and the service was even better.

Great facility, pleasant staff. Comfortable wait area. Surprised to find not all standard maintenance is included/covered by maintenance plan. For example, I went in for 20,000 mile oil change and tire rotation and was told I should have an alignment and tire weight check neither of which were covered in the plan.

It’s always a five star (plus) experience at Beaver Toyota. This morning, Robert took my 4Runner in with a smile and lots of friendly assistance with a dying remote battery, ordering a new remote, even getting me a quick ride home although I hadn’t given them notice. During the day, the tech sent a video showing me all of the systems he checked and pointed out items to note - it’s a relief to know what’s happening during the process. The service team here works efficiently and are customer focused in delivering a great experience. Picking up my vehicle, Louis always delivers above and beyond customer service and works to save customers money where he can. I don’t think I’ll ever buy from another dealership…they just treat me too good here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
